Rating blends possession quality with actual results. A team with high positive luck has been getting more than its possessions earned, so expect it to come back to the pack; a team with negative luck has been better than its record.
PQ Off and PQ Def are points per 100 possessions earned and allowed. Defense negative is good. Rk columns rank each one across the league.
